The EasyMonitor Lid, gateway, and app may also collect device identifiers, sensor readings, tank levels, alert history, and basic diagnostic information needed to provide and maintain the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide product functionality, monitor device status, deliver requested SMS and email notifications, respond to support requests, improve product reliability, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and communicate important service updates.

SMS messaging

If you opt in to SMS notifications, SepticSensing.com may send recurring automated product status, filter cleaning, maintenance, and service messages to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies based on device conditions and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we may send one message confirming your opt-out. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at dwk1987@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us deliver messages and operate our services, but only as necessary to perform those services on our behalf. SMS consent and opt-in data are excluded from all other sharing categories.
