These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SepticSensing.com products, websites, and notification services. By using our services or enrolling in notifications, you agree to these terms.
Service description
SepticSensing.com provides the EasyMonitor Lid and related services, including sensor-based tank-level monitoring through a gateway and phone app. Any readings, notifications, or partner connections are informational and are not a substitute for inspection, professional service, or emergency response.
SMS program terms
When you provide your mobile number and affirmatively opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from SepticSensing.com concerning product status, filter cleaning, maintenance reminders, account activity, and service updates. Message frequency varies based on device conditions and account activity. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-out and help
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we may send one message confirming your opt-out. To resume messages, enroll again through the same method you originally used. For assistance, reply HELP or email dwk1987@gmail.com.
Eligibility and mobile number changes
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, you agree to opt out before discontinuing use of that number and update your account information.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to our products, services, systems, or data. You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and for the security of any account credentials associated with the service.
Service availability and changes
Sensor readings and notifications may be affected by connectivity, equipment condition, installation, carrier availability, or other factors outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service or SMS program at any time. We may also update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date on this page.
Septic company partnerships
Connections with participating septic companies are optional and are planned as a future feature. Availability, participating providers, and service terms may vary by location. SepticSensing.com does not guarantee the availability or performance of third-party service providers.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. SepticSensing.com does not guarantee uninterrupted service, delivery of every notification, or that a notification will prevent property damage, system failure, or maintenance costs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SepticSensing.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.
